One of the main forces that will drive the mobile industry in the coming years is the introduction of new Mobile Multimedia Services. The challenge for operators and service providers is to develop new services that the subscribers are willing to pay for and to make them available anywhere at any time. This will require large investments in new infrastructure to upgrade the present networks to the networks of tomorrow as well as new innovative Mobile Multimedia Services. To succeed with this challenge, a lot of Mobile Competence will be needed. |
